The judge in the case sentenced Yanke and House to 210 days in jail and Wright to 349 days in jail last year. They were all on probation for 3 years. Police said that all three violated their probations. Two allegedly tested positive for drugs while all three are said to have violated the order to stay away from each other and Kauanui’s family.
